I’m so incredibly excited to share the official #brandreveal for Bethany Mis's real estate business! Bethany is a trusted real estate advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group based out of Tampa Bay, Florida!
Bethany was so much fun to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed creating her logo. She wanted something that would make her stand out, but had a classic look to it. I incorporated the keys into her design for a play on the real estate portion of her business. She’s got the keys to your success and your new adventure! Bethany especially loves working with first time home buyers, but regardless she is so PASSIONATE about her customers and the service she provides them.
With any logo and brand design, I always have my clients complete a questionnaire. This questionnaire helps the business owner determine what they are looking to portray as a business/service. This includes items like the words they want to be associated with their company, the way they want someone to feel when they think of their brand, and how they differ from competitors in their marketplace. In turn, this helps me research their competition and put together a mood board for the direction I think their brand should go in. The mood board incorporates images and colors to depict the path I'm going to take to create their brand.
Bethany wanted her brand to be professional and attract first time home buyers {although she does not discriminate and loves to work with all kinds of people!}. She chose words like integrity, intelligent, honest and open to associate with her company. Her style was modern and vintage with a dash of glam, which is where the pop of gold color came into the design. The keys are a vintage feel but have a modern elegance to them. I always love to play with patterns so I gave Bethany her own pattern to use in future designs as a fun accent piece!
